Great beach access and clean rooms, but dining staff could be friendlier.

Good rooms, good location, nice beach, pool and roof deck.
Poor service at breakfast, rude staff, breakfast ends at 9:30 and check out is early as well. This hotel doesn't care too much about service, but the location and facilities make it worth staying at anyway.

Gorgeous and overall clean place, magnificent view of Cefalu town. Lots of rich and plentiful breakfast items to choose from. Free parking on site provided. Outdoor bar and great pool.

A new hotel, very stylish and nice rooms.Great hotel staff.
To big, specially the dining area. The beach allocated to the hotel was almost non existent and full of rocks. The coffee was not included in the breakfast which is a bit rare for a 4 stars hotel.

Very nicely decorated and well situated 4 star hotel. Beautiful swimming pool and roof terrace. The pool side rooms with the nicest view are facing east. When you travel in summertime is that the coolest option. When you travel off season (when it is not very warm yet) the rooms facing west benefit from the sun and the sundown. Nice bar and friendly barkeeper.
Although the staff are correct there is not a real welcoming feeling.

Great place with its fine outdoor swimming pool, great restaurant, and helpful 24-hour reception. I fondly remember my first stay when the staff brought me a hot drink to warm up. Highly recommend getting a sea view room!

The helpful reception staff. Getting an upgrade from a standard to superior room because the hotel wasn't too crowded. The bedroom was beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable, the bathroom luxurious. This is a fairly new hotel and the decor of the whole building is impeccable. There's a great pool and the beach is just acros the road.
Breakfast, while plentiful, had certain limitations: cheap juice and bad coffee. There is no internet access for those who haven't got laptops with them.

The closeness to the beach and town - being able to walk to town and shops while having a beach experience and not having to use the car to get to either. Very helpful staff. Luxurious bathroom.
The dining room was 'cold' -- too much neon lighting. The enormous space had no divisions (plants, short walls) thus not breaking up what was an endless cafeteria-type experience. Didn't fit with a 3-4 star hotel. It certainly wouldn't take much to alter the feel of the room. Breakfast was limited for a 4-star hotel - few cereals, terrible coffee - though it turned out you could order cappucino separately. No PCs for internet access.

good location but limited beverage options
The location was fantastic, with just a short walk to the old town and easy access to the beach. I appreciated the daily cleaning of the room, everything felt fresh. The breakfast lounge on the top floor offered fine views. It was a pleasure to encounter such friendly staff, especially Fabrizio. I found the elegant decor inviting and the spacious lobby provided a relaxing atmosphere.

the staff were the worst we met in our travels they were rude and unhelpful considering the hotel was new and lexpensive they certainly needed training in customer service skills,
